This page gives us the opportunity to introduce the pastor and key staff members.

The Rev. Troy C. Beecham ("Father Troy") is the Rector, or pastor, of St. John's. He joined us in June, 2008, from a parish in New York. His dedication to his faith and to the church is a strength that we all benefit from.

Bruce Braxton (photo coming soon) is our Verger. He leads processions, and assists the priest during our services. We are proud to have him serve in this vital ministry.

Regina Green (photo coming soon) is parish administrator for St. John's. She plays a vital role in our daily activities, often serving as our main contact with the community.

John Brady (shown) and Dennis Luck are our sextons. They are in charge of the daily maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful church building. We are thankful for their tireless efforts, which we benefit from each time we enter our church.

David Houser is St. John's Senior Warden for 2012. This is his third year as a vestry member. He serves as the main liason between the Rector and parishioners. David also leads the Fundraising committee this year.

Tom Elston is our Organist/Choirmaster and Director of Music. He has brought many new and exciting programs to St. John's since joining us in June 2009. We are blessed to be able to benefit from his excellent musicianship.

St. John's 2012 Vestry

The Vestry is responsible for the business affairs of the parish and represents the congregation in many areas of decision-making at St. John's.  Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month and are open to all members of the church, though only the Vestry is able to officially cast votes.

Vestry members are elected at the annual parish meeting.  To be eligible for election, a person must be at least eighteen years of age and a communicant in good standing.

The Senior Warden is selected by the Rector, and the Junior Warden is elected by the Vestry.  The present Vestry is comprised of ten people serving three-year terms.
